Your submission of your video to MarisaRules.com hereby grants Sandler Ink and all affiliates and assigned others the right to post, publish, edit, broadcast, print, and use in any manner and through any media Sandler Ink deems appropriate.  This includes without limitiation the world wide web.  Your name, video, and any language therein may be used without any compensation or additional consideration.  You further release Sandler Ink, MarisaRules.com, its affiliates and assigned others from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to your media submission.  You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in submitting a video, or if under 18 years of age have the consent of your legal guardian to all terms and conditions listed herein.
